How to sync the employee directory with your HRIS

If you've integrated your HRIS with Epoch, it will automatically sync in the background.

To update your employee directory manually, follow these steps:

1. Go to Dashboard.

2. Go to the Employees page in the sidebar.

3. Click on Sync directory in the top right. You can also see when the directory was last updated from the timestamp below.

4. You will be notified that the following fields need to be filled out in your HRIS in order to sync employees properly: first name, last name, and email. Click Continue.

5. When the sync is complete, you will see a message: "Directory successfully synced"

If your HRIS also includes location and role per employee, these fields will be populated in the employee directory.
