Content is a dedicated section to share any link with your employees, including event recordings, articles, podcasts, and more. As an admin, you'll get access to content views and feedback collection to keep track of engagement.
Rename the Content tab
Super Admins have the ability to rename the Content Tab to be anything they would like. Some common examples include renaming it to "Event Recordings".
Go to Dashboard.
Go to the Settings page in the sidebar.
Rename Content and click Save Changes.
Create content
Go to Dashboard.
Go to the Content page in the sidebar.
Select Create content in the top right.
Complete each section for your content
Basics
Add the content title and description.
Add a content cover photo. You can crop this photo for the 3 different places it appears across the platform.
Select an existing team. This is the team that is publishing the content.
Double check that the contact name and email corresponds with the author.
Select the Categories that relate to your event.
Details
Add the link to your content.
Choose between public and private content. Private content is only available to those invited to view it.
If your content is private, invite specific people to view your content. Select individuals from the dropdown in this section and confirm.
Create a feedback formif you want to attach a survey to the content. You can choose whether to create questions from scratch or use a template that someone from your company has created before.
