Connecting your Outlook account with Epoch

  1. Go to your Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Integrations tab.
  3. Next to the Outlook section and click the Connect button.
  4. This will then take you through the steps of integrating your personal Outlook account with Epoch.

Once your integration is connected, any event you create on Epoch, the calendar invite will get sent from your Outlook account.

What edits will trigger an Outlook update email to all attendees?

Here is the list of edits on Epoch that will trigger Outlook to send a notification to all attendees in the form of an update email:

  1. Title
  2. Body
  3. Guest visibility (i.e. can guests see other guests)
  4. Reminder before event
  5. Start date/time
  6. End date/time
  7. Location
  8. Attendees (only to new employees that have been added to the event)

Note: If you choose to make an edit to the Outlook calendar invite, Outlook will send an update email to all attendees.

Can I unarchive an event?

No, as Outlook has limitations where guests may not see each others' RSVPs on the calendar event after it's restored.

We recommend duplicating an archived event to create a new one.
