Setting up Google Calendar View will allow you to see all public events in Epoch on your Google Calendar. This is perfect when you want to layer in events in Epoch to compare against your own schedule and to find optimal times for planning events.


How do I set up Google Calendar View?

Only one admin has to set up the integration for your organization to enable this feature

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. On the sidebar under Settings, click Integrations
  3. In the Google Calendar View section, click the Connect button
  4. Once connected, in the same Google Calendar View section, click the View button
  5. You have the option to add this calendar to your Google Calendar by clicking the text link Add to Google Calendar
  6. Go to the Settings and sharing for your organization's Epoch Calendar View to adjust the calendar's visibility settings
  7. In the Access permissions for events section, check the box for Make available for [your organization] as this will ensure your organization's Calendar View is visible to other admins


Frequently asked questions

What events are shown on this calendar view?

Only public events created on Epoch will populate in this calendar.

If I'm invited to a private event, will it show in this calendar view?

No private events will be shown in this calendar view regardless of your status for the private event. If you are registered for a private event, you will see the invite appear in your personal calendar, not this shared calendar view.
