What are Epoch communications?

Epoch communications are automated notifications sent to guests on an event based on event settings. This includes reminders to fill out required questionnaires, self check-in notifications, and notifications to fill out an event feedback form.


Can I customize these communications?

The content of the communications cannot be customized. However, as an admin you can change when and how (Slack, email) a guest will receive self check-in and feedback form notifications.

How do I make these changes?

To change when or how a guest receives self check-in notifications:

  1. Go to the Registrations tab of the editor
  2. Click the Self check-in button
  3. In the modal that opens you can update when the notification will be sent and whether it will be sent by email and/or Slack

To change when or how a guest receives notifications to fill out an event feedback form:

  1. Go to the Feedback tab of the editor
  2. Scroll to the Feedback form questions of the page
  3. Click the Settings button
  4. In the modal that opens you can update when the notification will be sent and whether it will be sent by email and/or Slack
