Epoch communications are automated notifications sent to guests on an event based on event settings. This includes reminders to fill out required questionnaires, self check-in notifications, and notifications to fill out an event feedback form.
The content of the communications cannot be customized. However, as an admin you can change when and how (Slack, email) a guest will receive self check-in and feedback form notifications.
