When will guests be added to the calendar event?

Controlling when guests are added to the calendar invite

On the Reminders step of creating an event, Admins can control when they want guests to be added to the calendar invite for their Epoch event.

The options are:

  1. When guests are invited - when you invite guests to your event, they will immediately receive the calendar hold for the event on their calendar.
  2. Only after guests RSVP -  when you invite guests to your event, once they RSVP to the event, they will receive the calendar hold for the event on their calendar.
