When will guests be added to the calendar event?

Controlling when guests are added to the calendar invite

When creating an event, click the Calendar event button.

When editing an event, go to the Settings tab of the editor, and in the Calendar setting section, click the settings button.

The options are:

  1. When guests are invited - when you invite guests to your event, they will immediately receive the calendar hold for the event on their calendar.
  2. Only after guests RSVP -  when you invite guests to your event, once they RSVP to the event, they will receive the calendar hold for the event on their calendar.
