Epoch maintains a Directory Sync connection between your organization's Directory Service Provider in order to maintain accurate and up-to-date user access for employees in your Epoch domain.
New Directory Sync connections are setup and managed by your Organization in WorkOS (Epoch's API Management platform).
Setup of new Directory Sync connections are completed by a designated IT stakeholder from your organization through a streamlined, self-guided setup process within WorkOS. To setup a new Directory Sync connection with Epoch, please contact support@epochapp.com or your dedicated CX Lead, and our team will provide further instruction.
