An event questionnaire is a survey which guests can fill out when they register for an event. Responses can be submitted at any time before an event ends.
An event questionnaire can be used to collect pre-event information, like dietary restrictions or logistical information.
Questionnaire responses will populate the Registration tab when there are responses. You can toggle between and see responses by question. You can also download a CSV to access this data.
Once an event has ended, you won't be able to add or edit questionnaire questions. You can create a feedback form to collect feedback from guests.
Note that registered guests who don't respond to all required questions will be sent Slack and email reminders every 24 hours at 12:00 PM UTC.
This can happen if a guest responds "Yes" on the calendar event without filling out the questionnaire or a new required question is added.

If you need to update the wording of the questionnaire questions, it won't impact any registered guest who's already filled it out and they won't be notified of this edit. It will retain their previous responses and then new registrants will see the updated wording in the questionnaire.
If there are no required questions, daily reminder emails will not be sent to guests with an “Incomplete” RSVP status.
Guests who were previously marked as incomplete will not have their RSVP status automatically changed to “Going”; they will remain as incomplete, since strictly speaking, they still haven’t completed the questionnaire.
Guests who have already completed the questionnaire will not receive any further notifications about it.
Note: If a guest confirms attendance from their calendar, they will still receive a notification prompting them to complete the questionnaire, regardless of whether the questions are required or optional.
