How to customize a questionnaire

  1. Create (or edit) the event which you'd like to add a questionnaire to.
  2. On the Surveys step, choose Yes for the questionnaire form.
  3. Select Start from scratch or Use template.
  4. When creating your questions, you can choose from multiple choice, long answer, single choice or linear scale.

How to view questionnaire form results

  1. Locate the given event (either in the Past tab or the Published tab in your Events Dashboard.
  2. Click on the event you're looking for to view the Insights page.
  3. Go to the Questionnaire section. You can scroll between questions and see responses by question.
  4. You can also download a CSV to access this data.

Event questionnaire notifications

Note that confirmed guests who don't respond to all required questions will be sent Slack and email reminders every 24 hours at 12:00 PM UTC.

This can happen if a guest responds "Yes" on the calendar event without filling out the questionnaire or a new required question is added.
