Questionnaire cutoff prevents guests from changing their questionnaire responses for your event after a set date and time. To use this feature, registration cutoff must be enabled.

This is a great feature to use if your event requires pre-work, ordering supplies, or booking logistics based on guest responses. You can finalize headcount and guest responses to plan appropriately for your events.

Setting up questionnaire cutoff

  1. Create or edit an event.
  2. Go to the Guests step.
  3. Select Yes for "Set registration cutoff time?"
  4. Choose date and time.
  5. Go to the Surveys step.
  6. Select Yes for "Create questionnaire for registered guests?"
  7. Add the questions for your event by creating it from scratch, or by using a template.
  8. Select Yes for "Set questionnaire cutoff time?"
  9. Choose date and time.
  10. Publish the event to save your changes.

Questionnaire cutoff time must be at the same time as or after the registration cutoff time. By default, questionnaire cutoff time is set to match registration cutoff time but you can select any date and time after registration closes.

When questionnaire responses are no longer accepted

At the date and time selected for questionnaire cutoff, guests that have registered for the event will still be able to view their questionnaire responses, but they won't be able to edit their response.
