What is a feedback form?

A feedback form is a survey that attended guests can fill out after an event.

A feedback form can be used to collect qualitative or quantitative feedback to measure the success of your event and get insights on how you host better events in the future.

How to customize a feedback form

  1. Create (or edit) an event.
  2. On the Surveys step, choose Yes for the feedback form.
  3. Select Start from scratch or Use a template.
  4. Choose from long answer, single choice, multiple choice, linear scale, or an engagement metric.
  5. Write your question.
  6. Choose if the question should be required or optional.
  7. Click Add question to add more questions, and rearrange or delete questions if needed.
  8. Choose if you want the responses to be anonymous or not anonymous.
  9. Choose when the feedback form should be sent.
  10. To make your changes live, click Publish.

How to view feedback form results

  1. Navigate to your event in the Past tab in your Events dashboard.
  2. Go to the Insights page.
  3. Go to the Feedback form section. You can scroll between questions and see responses by question.
  4. You can also download a CSV to access this data.

Feedback form notifications

Feedback form notifications are sent to guests who are marked as attended. If no guests are marked as attended, they will be sent to guests with RSVPs "Going" and "Incomplete".

Note that if you are using estimated attendees, feedback form notifications will be sent to selected guests. To learn more about estimated attendees, read this article.
