You can edit your event at anytime and up until your event starts. There are 2 ways to make changes to an existing event.
From the Admin Dashboard
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- Locate the event you'd like to edit, and click on the quick actions icon.
- Select Edit
From the Discover Page
- Navigate to the Discover page
- Locate the event you'd like to event
- Click on the quick actions icon
- Select Edit.
Note: Event edits to the following areas will trigger a Google Calendar notification email to all guests:
- Title
- Description
- Event type (Location)
- Start / end date
- Start / end time
Note: Event edits to the following areas will cause RSVPs to be reset (individuals will need to re-confirm to secure their spot):
- Start / end date
- Start / end time
