The event organizer will set a time for the feedback form to be sent directly to you. There are 2 ways to submit feedback forms.

Submit feedback on Epoch

1. Go to the event page. You can either access this from the feedback form email or the Epoch web app.
2. Click Submit feedback.
3. Once you're done filling out your responses, click Submit.

Submit feedback on Slack

1. Go to the Epoch Slackbot message under Apps in Slack.
2. Click Submit feedback.
3. Once you're done filling out your responses, click Submit.
