How to create a Zoom meeting

If you've set up the Zoom integration on your Epoch account, you'll be able to generate Zoom meeting links while creating events.

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. Click Create event.
  3. On the Basics step, choose Virtual or Hybrid.
  4. Click Add Zoom meeting. This will populate a meeting link created with your connected account in the Virtual link field.

Note: When you create a new meeting link, it will remain active for 30 days from the date it’s created.

If your event is scheduled more than 30 days in the future, we recommend creating the meeting link closer to the event start date to ensure it remains valid.
