Setting up the WorkOS integration

Note: These steps should be completed by an IT professional at your company. This guide is intended for Epoch customers to connect their SSO provider to Epoch’s WorkOS integration.

1. An Epoch team member will send over a WorkOS set up link that will bring you to the steps to complete.

‍

2. Follow the instructions to connect WorkOS. The steps may vary depending on which SSO solution you use, but it will look similar to this:

3. Let the Epoch team member know when your connection was successfully completed. We'll finish the process on our end to finalize the configuration. Once finalized, the sign in page will have a Sign in with SSO button after setup is complete.
