Setting up the WorkOS integration

Note: These steps should be completed by an IT professional at your company. This guide is intended for Epoch customers to connect their SSO provider to Epoch’s WorkOS integration.

1. Go to the Dashboard and navigate to the Integrations page in the sidebar. Click the Connect button for WorkOS.

If you click the button and nothing happens, please reach out to us. We can verify whether your organization is prepared for SSO connection.

2. Follow the instructions to connect WorkOS. The steps may vary depending on which SSO solution you use, but it will look similar to this:

3. Tell a member of the Epoch team when your connection was successfully completed. We'll finish the process on our end to finalize the configuration. Once finalized, the Integrations should update to an Open button.

The sign in page will have a Sign in with SSO button after setup is complete.
