Categories are a way of categorizing your events. By tagging your events with categories, it allows employees to be able to filter all events on the web app by the category. Categories also make it useful to group events together when analyzing event performance and metrics.
Currently, Epoch creates a default list of categories for your team. If there are any categories that you want to add, let us know and we can add them. Epoch controls the categories to ensure that they are clean and to avoid duplicates.
