What does each attendance type mean?

There are 3 attendance types that guests can have on the insights page for an event. Attendance types are only applicable to guests who attended the event.

For virtual events

  • Show: Guest confirmed and appeared in the Zoom meeting.
  • Drop-in: Guest wasn't confirmed and appeared in the Zoom meeting.
  • No-show: Guest confirmed, but didn't appear in the Zoom meeting.

In-person Checkin

  • Show: Guest confirmed and checked in.
  • Drop-in: Guest wasn't confirmed and checked in.
  • No-show: Guest confirmed, but didn't checked in.

External guests are people who appeared in the Zoom meeting or have checked in but aren't in the employee directory. They will appear with "(Guest)" next to their name.
