What does each attendance type mean?

There are 3 attendance types that guests can have on the insights page for an event. Attendance types are only applicable to guests who attended the event.

  • Attended: Guest confirmed and appeared in the Zoom meeting.
  • Drop-in: Guest wasn't confirmed and appeared in the Zoom meeting.
  • No-show: Guest confirmed, but didn't appear in the Zoom meeting.

External guests are people who appeared in the Zoom meeting but aren't in the employee directory. They will appear with "(Guest)" next to their name.
