How to use Epoch on email for employees

Event invitations

If you're invited to an event, you'll receive an email notification with a link to the event page.

You'll be able to see who else is attending on the event page.

RSVP by responding Confirm or Interested. Your RSVP will automatically sync with Slack and calendar.

If an event is full and you'd like to join the waitlist, click Join waitlist. You'll automatically be added back to the event when a spot opens up.

Get automated reminders and surveys

Besides event invitations, we'll also send you emails for:

  • Confirmations: Automated emails to confirm your RSVP status for an event.
  • Reminders: Custom reminders that event organizers have set up for an event that you confirmed into.
  • Surveys: Pre-event questionnaires and feedback forms that event organizers have set up for an event you confirmed into.
