Epoch’s RSVP control feature allows admins change a guest’s RSVP status for an event or session. You can change the RSVP of a guest for both single events and multi-session events. This applies to both regular multi-session events and multi-session events where registration is limited to 1 session.
How to change a guest’s RSVP
On the event insights page, scroll to the Guest list section.
In the guest list table, click on the guest with the RSVP you want to update. A side sheet for this guest will open up on the right side of the page.
Click on the button with the guest’s current RSVP status in the bottom left corner of the side sheet and select the option Change RSVP status.
A modal will open, and you can select the status you would like to apply.
If there is a questionnaire for this event, you will be asked to update or fill out the guest’s questionnaire.
You can choose to send update notifications to the guest that you have updated the RSVP for. This will notify them that an admin has updated their RSVP for the event. Notifications will only be sent in accordance with the guest’s notification settings.
