Managing your notification settings and profile

Notification settings

  1. Log into Epoch (companyname.epochapp.com).
  2. Hover over your name and click Account Settings, then Notifications (or go to this URL: companyname.epochapp.com/account-settings/notifications).
  3. Select your setting for each notification type or turn on or off all notifications from a channel.

Note: The email setting only controls emails from Epoch. Emails from Google and Outlook Calendar can’t be turned off.

You may also choose to mute the Epoch Slackbot if you don't want to get notified for any Slack messages. When you mute the Epoch Slackbot, it will appear greyed out in your channel list, but you'll still see sidebar notifications.


Profile

  1. Log into Epoch (companyname.epochapp.com).
  2. Hover over your name and click Account Settings, then Profile (or go to this URL: companyname.epochapp.com/account-settings/profile).
  3. Here you can upload a profile photo.

Note: All other fields in your profile are synced from your company’s employee directory. To update your information, go to your directory or contact your IT.
