Once an employee's account is deactivated in your company's HRIS, their Epoch account will also be deactivated.
Deactivated employees are automatically removed from the guest list of upcoming events they have an RSVP status in. After being removed from the guest list, they will also be removed from the Google or Outlook calendar invite.
Deactivated employees are still shown in the guest list from past events they attended before being deactivated in order to preserve the data for that event.
